The winery is better known for Pinot Noir, but now turns to Chardonnay, with good results. The little-known appellation is in the middle of the warm-cool Sonoma spectrum, and the wine shows ripe orange, pear and pineapple flavors, brightened with crisp acidity.  — S.H.
